Terms & Conditions
- 20% of rental confirms booking.
- 80% balance invoiced thereafter: payable not less than
8 weeks prior to date of arrival.
- A damage / security bond of £100 may be invoiced with
balance of rental. This is refundable in full providing
the property is left as found.
- Rental is payable in full on bookings made less than 8
complete weeks prior to date of arrival.
- Anything damaged during occupation must either be replaced
or paid for.
- Insurance, although strongly advised, is not the responsibility
of the Landlord. Cancellation insurance, particularly, is
recommended.
- Should cancellation become necessary for whatever reason,
any damage / security bond will be returned in full. However,
there will be no refund of rent paid unless or until the
property is re-let for the period. Every effort will be
made to re-let and any rent received will be returned in
full after deduction of costs incurred.
- Initial arrival at the premises should be from 4.00 p.m.
onwards; departure before 10.00 a.m. This allows preparation
time for the incoming occupants.
- The owners must be advised as soon as possible of any
problems - don't wait until after departure. Most problems
can be simply resolved and delay may only spoil the holiday.
This, however, can not apply to events which, even with
all due care, could not have been foreseen or avoided.
- The property is designed and equipped to accommodate a
maximum of 6 people. This number must not be exceeded.
- Occupants are asked, please, not smoke inside the property.
